We were so lucky to have Julie Rose lead us in a Pilates workshop for a recent TCM Event. We spent time working deep connections in our whole bodies to make us stronger and more connected. Megan of Megan Crown Photography was also there to document some of the work we were doing! Thank you to both of these amazing women for sharing their time and talents!
