We believe in sharing information in a way that feels accessible and empowering, so you can make the decisions that are right for you.

Our Approach to Well-Care and Reproductive Health

We take our time, creating space to build a trusting relationship with you. Whether you’re coming in for an annual wellness visit, seeking support with a reproductive health concern, or navigating a new stage of life, we’re here to partner with you.

We offer both in-person and virtual visits for reproductive health needs, making it easier to access care in a way that works for you.

Proactive Wellness and Preventative Care

Ongoing care offers a chance to stay connected to your body and your health. Regular check-ins create space to notice changes, ask questions, and receive support along the way. We’re here to help you feel informed and confident in your health, with a range of services designed to meet you where you are. Our preventative wellness visits cover:

Our goal is to make these visits feel approachable and collaborative, with clear information and space for your questions. We hold space for you to feel supported, heard, and at ease.

Puberty Education for Parents, Tweens and Young People

Puberty is a big transition, bringing changes not only to the body, but also to emotions, family relationships, and peer interactions. Having a supportive space to ask questions and explore what to expect can make a meaningful difference.

Twin Cities Midwifery offers Parent & Me Puberty Education classes and individualized puberty visits with Midwife Caitlin. Caitlin is passionate about normalizing the expected changes of puberty while helping young people and their families navigate the unexpected.

Our Parent & Me classes welcome families whether you’ve already started talking about puberty, aren’t sure where to begin, or feel that school-based education hasn’t covered everything that matters to your family. These one-hour classes offer a supportive, judgment-free space to explore what you already know, what you want to know, and what questions you may have about the physical, emotional, and relationship changes that can be part of puberty.

For families who would prefer a more individualized experience, one-on-one puberty visits offer an opportunity to discuss questions and concerns at your own pace. We also offer the option to host a private puberty education class at our office or arrange an in-home class for a group of families and friends.

We want young people and their parents or caregivers to leave feeling more informed, confident, and comfortable continuing these conversations together.
