11 Aug Recipe: No Bake Cookies

I’ve tried many no-bake and healthy cookies, and this one is the best I’ve tasted! It is a great option for a quick pregnancy, labor, or postpartum snack! And for those who have food sensitivities in their family, it is a treat that works with almost anyone’s diet!
Paleo No Bake Cookies
Ingredients:
1/3 c Honey
1/3 c Coconut oil
1.5 Tbsp Cocoa unsweetened
1/3 c Nut Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
2 c Dried Unsweetened Coconut
Directions:
Put honey, cocoa, and oil in saucepan and melt. Stir in butter and vanilla. Remove from heat. Add coconut slowly, until the right consistency (you may not need the full 2 cups). Spoon or roll into balls. Freeze briefly to maintain form, then can be kept in fridge or frozen as desired.
