19 Dec Happy Holidays!
TCM invited any child to share a holiday drawing to be featured on the TCM greeting card this year. I’ve got to say, I loved every submission and it was a very tough decision. In the moment when I had to choose, I honestly couldn’t decide, so I chose two (and wished I coud have chose them all!): the lovely holiday scene of a mother nursing in front of the fireplace and a family dancing around a Christmas tree. However, if it were a different moment, I may have chosen a different ones. Here are all of the top submissions for you to enjoy (by ascending age):
A beautiful 3D reindeer!
“The Northern Lights”
Another beautiful 3D Reindeer
“An ethnically diverse nativity scene: from left to right, Mary holding baby Jesus, Joseph, a little shepherd boy and his sheep”
A Christmas Greeting
Moses titled his piece: “It’s our old house where Judah and Clementine were born”
A family around the Christmas Tree
“Tis the season to be jolly!” A mother and child cozying up by the fire.
Thank you so much to everyone (and their parents) who submitted entries! They are all absolutely wonderful!
